1. Return Due To Change Of Mind
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items with tags still attached according to our returns policy within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return due to a change of mind, customers must submit a request for a return for their order. Once approved, you will receive a link to a prepaid return label via email. Returns must be sent within 5 days of the return label receipt date.
Please be aware that we can only process returns for orders purchased directly from the 24sevenKid website. If you made a purchase through one of our partner sellers' websites, please initiate the return process for those orders through the corresponding websites.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Receive return label link through email
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Affix the prepaid return label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest postal office.
